2023 Open Days and 2024 Exhibition news
The Spring Open Day will be on Saturday 29th April 2023 from 11am to 5pm. We will be showcasing some of our club and personal layouts and have the test track out so that visitors can bring a loco to run (OO or N Gauge or their narrow-gauge derivatives). Alvin’s second-hand stall will also be there so come along and grab a bargain!
Summer Open day will be on Saturday 19th August 2023 from 11am to 5pm.
The 2024 Exhibition will be on Sunday 21st January 2024 at Surrey Sports Park , Surrey University, Richard Meyjes Road Guildford GU2 7AD. This year Kids under 16 will go free if accompanied by an adult. We have hired the larger hall so, with twice the space available, we will be able to mitigate some of the overcrowding we experienced in 2023 and have a bigger and better exhibition. 2021 Open Day and 2022 Exhibition news.
We are pleased to announce that after a committee meeting today and in light of the government’s projected lockdown easing timetable, we intend to go ahead with our annual Open Day on Saturday 21st August and also are making plans for our Annual Exhibition to be held on January 16th 2022 at the Surrey Sports Park, Guildford.
